Last night 7 September 2010 I received CRI-
China Radio International from Urumqi/China
fair mixed with Saudi Arabia at 1900 utc on 1521 Khz.
ID as Govorit Mezhdunarodnoe Radio Kitaya with
Russian service.

Mediumwave 1296 KHz Radio Sudan

Another personal first last night 6 September 2010 with
SRTC-Reiba from Sudan at 2045 utc on 1296 Khz.

1566 HLAZ with intro and time pips.
Received on 31 August 2010 at 1900utc with the Icom R75
and KAZ antenna.
On the background you can hear County Sound Radio, Peasmarsh/UK.

Mediumwave 1296 Khz VOA relay from Kabul/Afghanistan

This was received on 2nd September 2010 at 2040utc on
the KAZ antenna and PM-SDR with WinradF.
On the background weak asian music from R.XL 1296 AM - Birmingham/UK.

Sporadic Es in Band 1 NOT over yet !

Despite that the end of the Sporadic Es season 2010 is approaching
there is still life in TV Band1.
This was seen Ukraine with 1+1/ Russia with 1TV and Rossija-1
and Belarus with BT-1.

Last saturday-morning 21 august I noticed enhanced
tropo in Band 2 towards Belgium and Luxembourg.
Nice to log some Luxembourg tx's as LUX is very
rare here the last years.
