Band 1 TV and OIRT open to Russia
Again a early start of Es this morning, started in Band 1 TV
with good pics on Channel R1 from 1TV - Moscow and BT1 -Minsk/Belarus
and on Channel R2 RTR from Novgorod (RUS).
Half way the morning the OIRT Band was open to Moscow area with several new stations heard such as Russkaya Sluzhba Novostey from Moscow on 69.26 mHz.
