Sporadic Es (TV) - 29.04.2013
First signs of Sporadic Es was noticed this afternoon
in TV Band 1.
It started around noontime on Channel R1 with stable video
from Inter/Ukraine, 1 TV/Russia and BT-1/Belarus.
