Well known TV-DX'er Paul Farley from the UK sent me the
following comment regarding this mystery.

Monte Faito went off air late last year so no big signal from TLA on IA or
RAI on IB, only Antenna Blu is left on air below E2.
As far as we know RAI from Lugano, Campione d'Italia is off air on E2, it was a regular visitor to Hugh in Algarve but he's not seen it this year.
Also off is TLC on IC from Mt.Vesuvius
